Insurance/Assurance is optional unless otherwise noted on the listing. INSURANCE/ASSURANCE to protect your purchase against shipping loss or damage is available at a nominal cost. The amount will be listed on your invoice. It is YOUR OPTION. If you do not elect to insure your purchase, it is at YOUR RISK. We cannot accept responsibility for shipping mishaps. All packages ship with USPS Delivery Confirmation and the DC number will be emailed to you upon shipping. Insurance is provided through a 3rd party commercial insurance policy.
We try to offer the most accurate pictures available for an item. Most we get directly from the manufacturers or scan from their books. Sorry to say not all are of the best quality and all monitors display colors differently. Please take this into account if you are trying to match a specific color. If in doubt you might try a visit to a local wallpaper store to see a more accurate color depiction (or to find companion wallpapers) in the Manufacturer's Book.
We sell top quality items warranted by their manufacturers. Please inspect your item upon receipt - you must notify us within 14 days of any defects. Please keep all labels or other packaging for that item. Manufacturers will most often replace a defective item with a like item. If a like item is not available, other settlement will be made with mutual agreement up to the buyer’s costs of the item.
